USSR Bone China Cup and Saucer Goes Here

This particular Lomonosov cup and saucer was entirely hand painted with a seafarer pattern.  It is truly an amazing assortment of hand painted icons that represent wildlife, flowers, cottages, and obviously ships.  Some of the icons, even though the same subject, are painted differently.  For example some of the cottages  have one tree on the left, or two trees on the right, etc.  There are four areas that are gilded with gold, 2 on the cup (one on the top rim and one just before the cup widens at the top of the foot) and 2 on the saucer (one on the top rim and one that encircles the center indentation).  The set was produced before 1991.  There are no chips, no cracks, no repairs, no stains, and the set has never been used.  The saucer measures 4.75 inches in diameter and the cup measures 3 inches tall.  Marked clearly with "Made in USSR" and the Lomonosov logo on the bottom of the cup and saucer.  Rated "excellent" condition.
